　　随着政府对砂石资源的管控越来越严格，也为了贯彻落实绿水青山就是金山银山的理念。现在天然砂石越来越稀缺，但基建项目却如火如荼的进行着，为了缓和天然砂供不应求的紧张局势，也为了满足精品机制砂的市场需求，把石头破碎成机制砂是大势所趋，也有越来越多的砂石厂老板投入到这个行业中来。但大家都知道，之前砂石厂一般都是极少数人的垄断行为，如今面对这么大的市场需求，普通人有没有分一杯羹的可能呢？答案是有的，如今只要办齐了正规手续，普通人也可以开办石料厂了。

　　第五要到税务部门办理税务登记证。
